During the EFAW+F one day course, you will learn first aid skills to deal with emergencies that may occur at work. The + F part of the course will teach how to deal with accidents that may occur whilst working in a forest.

Who is the course for?

The Emergency First Aid at Work + F course is for contractors and employees working in forestry, including harvesting, civil engineering, mechanised ground preparation, planting, fencing, pesticide application and forest nursery activities.

What else should I know?

To ensure you get the most effective learning experience, learners must be physically able to participate.

On successful completion of the course, the participant will receive an Emergency First Aid at Work + F (Level 3) certificate which is valid for three years. This course meets the requirements specified by the Forestry Commision and the Health and Safety First Aid Regulations 1981.
